The Challenges You will be required to provide evidence based quality assessment, treatment and holistic management plans for inpatients and outpatients with acquired communication and swallowing difficulties/disorders arising from stroke, brain injury or other neurological injuries, or degenerative disorders. The position will involve working within multidisciplinary teams both in the acute general hospital and the rehabilitation centre. You will also be expected to contribute towards continuous quality improvement programs within the department. The Requirements - Degree
- Registered with the relevant governing body of that profession, if applicable
- Team player, possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient focus, genuine desire to make a difference
- Demonstrate and articulate sound clinical knowledge and reasoning, critical thinking, judgment and decision making in the provision of care
- Passionate about building a healthcare career, inspired to move ahead with challenges, possess a ‘can-do’ attitude, able to thrive in fast paced environment
