The Singapore Labour Foundation (SLF), a statutory board under the Ministry of Manpower, is committed towards its mission to improve the welfare of union members and further the development of the trade union movement. The SLF Group has diversified investments which include portfolio investment, commercial property developments and leisure developments. To grow its assets, we are looking for a highly motivated & driven professional to join us.

Reporting to the CEO of SLF, you will assist in overseeing real estate assets of the SLF Group comprising office, retail and recreational development, to maximize both financial and social value. Your key responsibilities will include formulation/evaluation of asset management policies; maximisation of asset returns in term of market yields and overseeing management and operation of properties from a financial perspective, including fostering of good landlord-tenant relationships. You will also assist in the evaluation of asset redevelopment and oversee redevelopment and additions & alterations (A&A) work.
 
Requirements:
-Recognised Degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance or Engineering
-At least 15 years' related experience with reputable real estate companies
-Preferably a strong background in asset management with proficiency in A&A works/project management and financial modelling
