You help to strengthen frameworks of corporate governance, reporting and risk management for a network of 12 social enterprises of which NTUC is a founding stakeholder. Group Development Department’s role is similar to that of a corporate headquarter in conglomerates having interests in diverse businesses.You assist in managing the consultative, collaborative process of setting shared social and financial outcomes between NTUC and its social enterprises. In addition, you support these social enterprises to meet the requirements of regulatory frameworks. Requirements § A recognized degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business, with professional qualification such as CPA. § Minimum 10 – 15 years of relevant experience § Strong track record at the corporate headquarters of conglomerates will be an added advantage § Familiarity with regulatory framework such as SGX listing requirements, code of corporate governance and companies act. § Strong consensus building and leadership skills § Highly effective communication and presentation skills
