You will handle investing and finance activities which include evaluating investment alternatives and providing analysis on optimal capital structure, as well as developing short-term and long-term financing strategies. You will prepare and maintain long-term cash forecasts, monitor the daily treasury and overall cash position and utilisation. You will be required to develop financial models, perform valuation and conduct financial and risk analysis of business opportunities and proposals. You will also be involved in Group Corporate Governance and Enterprise Risk Management initiatives. Job Requirements: An honours degree in Accountancy or other professional qualification in Accountancy/Finance, with 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Corporate Finance will be a strong added advantage. Candidates are preferred to have strong financial modeling skills, an eye for details, good understanding of capital markets, fixed income markets and macroeconomics, and good planning, problem solving, organisational and analytical skills. It is essential for candidates to possess qualities of leadership, be independent and self-motivated, able to multitask and perform under pressure, and possess good verbal and written communication skills.
