You will market non-industrial facilities such as F&B and retail spaces at Fusionopolis, Biopolis and other commercial & amenity spaces in JTC, and carry out lease management functions in handling the customer accounts. You will foster partnerships with customers through customer reach-out and engagement activities, plan & manage promotional acitivities & events to create the necessary vibrancy and publicity for these customers, in line with the positioning of these spaces. Job requirements: You should possess an honours degree in Real Estate, Business or Marketing. At least 3 - 5 years' relevant experience is required.
