You will assess the market rent and capital values for all types of real estate, including industrial land, customised or specialised buildings/structures, airport & seaport related facilities. You will conduct market studies and foster good working relationship with valuers and real estate practitioners. You will also implement systems and process enhancements. Job Requirements: An honours degree in Estate Management, Real Estate or equivalent. Possess a valid Appraiser licence and Class 3 driving licence with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. |
