You will manage and lead a group of building services executives in the Facilities Management Team of JTC. You will ensure that all M&E and associated systems are operating optimally, implement best practices for maintenance, set KPIs for monitoring of maintenance contractors, conduct system audits and ensure that statutory permits and licences are up to date. You are required to track the life cycle of equipment, monitor and upgrade electrical and chilled water supplies when the need arises, prepare & estimate the annual operating budget, forecast utility cost, compute service & ancillary charges payable by tenants, study refurbishment plans and manage the procurement of works and services. You will conduct research, devise & test energy savings plans for the properties managed by JTC and also provide M&E consultations to other departments in JTC. You are also required to draft reports and make presentation to management for approval on facilities related issues. Job Requirements: A recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in M&E engineering including HT/LT electrical installations, air-conditioning plants, mechanical ventilation system, building automation systems, cost and expenditure management, etc. Possess good understanding of the relevant Authority Regulations, Building Codes of Practices, good communication, report writing and IT skills. A registered Professional Engineer with the PE Board of Singapore or Licensed Electrical Engineer (with High Tension switching) with the Energy Market Authority would be an advantage.
