You will plan and facilitate the relocation of companies affected by JTC’s estate rejuvenation programme and work with customers to address their needs regarding leases, contracts, development and investment. You will also formulate and review redevelopment policies and processes and carry out feasibility studies for redevelopment. Job requirements: A good honours degree in Real Estate or its equivalent, with at least 3 years of working experience.
