As part of the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in the implementation of strategies to support the learning and development needs of JTC. These include executing the total training plan, managing & evaluating the training programmes, management reporting, managing the E-learning and on-line Learning systems. You will also assist in the annual exercise to identify the total training needs for JTC. Job Requirements: A good honours degree or equivalent, with less than 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates may also apply.
