The Job

• Perform daily operations of tenancy services in the Residential/ Retail/ Commercial Properties namely; cleaning, security, carpark, landscape services and etc
• Ensure proper management and maintenance of all properties including the common facilities, M&E and building services systems where applicable
• Conduct site inspections and submit reports and recommendations to the Manager on matters pertaining to tenancy and asset management

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Building Management, Estate Management or any other relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial building and strata-titled property management
• Conversant with MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
