MARKETING EXECUTIVE

You will be responsible for marketing our residential properties and securing leases at competitive rates. This will encompass identifying potential tenants, performing cold calls, conducting site viewings, negotiating and reviewing lease documentations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate/Marketing
• Minimum 1 year's sales and marketing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
