Responsibilities - Proper planning and upkeeping of the general maintenance programme.
- Ensures smooth operations and overall performance of the building and its facilities and all the building services including Mechanical/Electrical etc
- Reviews administration processes in the Engineering department.
- Inspects the maintenance standards of the guestrooms
- Updates the master register of plant facilities, service checklist and records failure analysis and repair works.
- Prepares, records and administers reports for the department
- Liaises and communicates with management, contractors and staff
Requirements: - Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Good leadership skills and time management
- Mature and independent
