Job Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive and proactive secretarial and office administrative support to the General Manager - Coordinating meetings & business events, managing and scheduling appointments and meetings - Making travel arrangements and planning itinerary - Preparation of agenda, and taking minutes at management and team meetings - Draft letters and other correspondence - Maintain confidential information - Assist in doing reports and presentation materials - Provide support on ad-hoc projects and assignments Job Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years’ of strong secretarial experience, preferably in supporting higher levels of management - Confident, diplomatic and pleasant demeanor with superior interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft application skills is essential. - High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential matters - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Proactive and independent with lots of initiative - Only Singaporeans and Singapore PR need apply 5-days work week and attractive staff benefits.
